How often will my iOS data sync to my Exist account?
Exist tries to sync your data from Apple Health to your Exist account periodically throughout the day by running in the background. If your iPhone is locked when Exist tries to sync, the app is unable to access your Apple Health data, so the more often it tries to sync your data, the better your chances of syncing successfully. iOS determines when Exist can run in the background and how often. The more you open Exist, the more chances iOS will provide for it to run in the background when you're not using the app, which will keep your data more up-to-date. We recommend opening Exist for iOS at least once per day.
