How do I connect Health Connect?

From Exist for Android, tap the ⚙ cog icon to open the settings. Tap "Health Connect attributes" to manage Health Connect.

You'll first need to make sure that you've given Exist permission to access your Health Connect data, and permission to run in the background to sync that data. Tap the "Background battery access" and "Health Connect data" list items and follow the instructions for each one.

Now you can turn on Health Connect syncing, and you can go through the list of supported attributes to choose which of these should sync from Health Connect. When these options are turned on, data for this attribute will only come from Health Connect. You cannot use multiple sources for each attribute.

You may also set Exist for Android to sync Health Connect data less often than the default of 1 hour.
