Why isn't my Apple Health data syncing to my Exist account?
If your data from Apple Health isn't showing up in your Exist account, there are a few things to check:
Is background app refresh turned on?
Exist needs to run in the background to keep your data up-to-date. Please make sure Exist has permission for background app refresh in the Settings app, and don't force quit Exist, as this stops the app from running in the background to sync your data.

Can you see the data in Apple Health?
If you're syncing data into Apple Health from another app or device, make sure that process is working correctly, and you can see the data in the Health app. You won't be able to turn on syncing for attributes in Exist for iOS if there's no matching data in Apple Health in the past 60 days.

Does Exist have permission to access your Apple Health data?
Exist needs to be allowed to access each type of Apple Health data you want to sync. If you don't give Exist permission, we won't be able to sync your data.

Are you using a supported service to sync the data to Apple Health?
In rare cases, Exist won't sync data from a particular app or service due to a history of poor-quality data from that source. You'll need to use a supported service to sync data from Apple Health to Exist.
