Can I remove a value for a manual attribute?

No. Once a manual attribute has a value for a particular date, it's not possible to remove the value entirely.

You can change the value by tracking a new value for that same date. For example, if you tracked 1 for "Alcoholic drinks" by mistake, you can track 0 to change the value.
